The nature reserve and coastline of St Abb’s Head are just a few miles away, and at Berwick-on-Tweed, 8 miles, visitors will find a good selection of shops and restaurants. The Holy Island of Lindisfarne and the Northumbrian Heritage Coast, with its unspoilt beaches and castles to explore, are a half hour drive, whilst Edinburgh is an hour away. Mellerstain, Floors Castle and Manderston are among the stately homes within easy reach. Shops and pub serving food 0.5 miles.

Open plan sitting room with log burning stove, splendid views, dining area, kitchen and sliding doors to verandah. Utility room. Double bedroom. Twin bedded room. Bathroom/WC (shower over bath). First floor: Master double bedroom with sitting area, doors to balcony with lovely views and ensuite shower room/WC.
